Abstract:Objective To analyze the changes of hemorheological and platelet-related parameters in women with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods A total of 90 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were selected and equally divided into three groups according to different disease conditions:severe preeclampsia group, preeclampsia group,pregnancy-induced hypertension group,30 cases in each group.Another group of 30 pregnant women with late pregnancy were classified into normal late pregnancy group during the same period. The cases were collected was from January 2,2015 to February 10,2016.The hemorheological and platelet-related parameters in pregnant women from different groups were analyzed. Results The erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI),K value of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),low-sheared reduction viscosity, and low-sheared viscosity of whole blood in the severe preeclampsia group were all higher than those in the other three groups with significant differences(P<0.05).The EAI in the pregnancy-induced hypertension group was higher than the normal late pregnancy group and the preeclampsia group with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the normal late pregnancy group, platelet distribution width and mean platelet volume were lower than those in the other three groups with statistical differences (P<0.05).The platelet count was lower in the normal late pregnancy group than that in the pregnancy-induced hypertension group with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion There are abnormal platelet and hemorheological changes in women with pregnancy-induced hypertension. The indexes mentioned above are of great significance for the prevention and treatment of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy as well as its monitoring.
