Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of Mifepristone and laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 64 patients with uterine fibroids received treatment in our hospital from February to December 2017 were selected. They were divided into group A (Mifepristone group)and group B (laparoscope group)through the random number table method,32 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with Mifepristone, and hysteromyomectomy was performed under laparoscope in group B patients. The total efficiency, quality of life of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The total effective rate in group A was 78.1%,and the total effective rate was 93.8%in group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional function of patients of group A was obviously higher than that of group B patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),whereas physical function, cognitive function, physical health, social function and role function of group B was better than that in group A of patients, patients with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with mifepristone, laparoscopic myomectomy has a high success rate, and good clinical effect. However, the use of Mifepristone for drug therapy has the ability to significantly improve the patient′s prognosis.
