ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Erlong Zuoci Pills treatment on hemorheology of patients with kidney deficiency type presbycusis.Methods90 cases of kidney deficiency type presbycusis from January 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the object of this study,all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erlong Zuoci Pills,the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract infusion therapy on the basis of the control group.The changes of hemorheology before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe level of platelet aggregation rate,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with saignificant difference(P＜0.05).The level of whole blood viscosity at low shear,whole blood viscosity at high shear and erythrocyte sedimentation rate after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with saignificant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionGinkgo Biloba Extract combined with Erlong Zuoci Pills in the treatment of kidney deficiency type presbycusis can significantly improve the patient′s blood rheology,with significant clinical effect.
