[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in holistic nursing of hemodialysis room.Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure treated by blood purification in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given holistic nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.Anxiety,depression and comfort scores were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of the observation group was(5.6±0.3)points,lower than that of the control group(9.4±0.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The depression score of the observation group was(5.3±0.3)points,lower than that of the control group(10.1±1.1)points,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comfort score of the observation group was(87.3±3.4)points,higher than that of the control group (74.2±2.6)points,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing applied in holistic nursing of hemodialysis room can alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve patients'nursing comfort.It is worth popularizing and applying.
