Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of overall nursing in patients with nasal area′s hemangioma of microwave technique. Methods 96 patients with nasal area′s hemangioma admitted into otolaryngology department of our hospital from March 2013 to June 2014 were seleted.According to the random number table method,they divided into care group and control group,each group had 48 cases.Two groups were treated with microwave technique,and the care group was received holistic nursing,the control group was received clinical routine care.Treatment effect and satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results Comparison with two groups of treatment effect,satisfaction and postoperative nasal mucosa recovery,and the care group was better than the control group,the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of overall nursing in endoscopic microwave therapy nasal area′s hemangioma is good,and can effectively improve the quality of medical treatment.It is popular among patients,and is worth clinical application.
