Abstract：Objective To explore application of"holistic nursing care"mode in pediatric clinical nursing，improve the quality of pediatric nursing.M ethods Will be taken from June 2014 to June 2015 to our hospital Pediatric patients in 200 cases，Randomly divided into control group and observation group，each of 100 cases，Control group according to the routine nursing service implementation，The observation group was given the standard"holistic nursing"service.The family members of two groups were compared.Resu lts Observation group service attitude was 97%，Health education is 93%，Puncture technique is 91%，Answer questions for 95%，Medication guidance for 93%，Inspection of infusion was 95%，Inform the attention to 89%，Basic care for 96%，Call bell response time is 95%，The responsibility of nurses is 96%，Were significantly higher than those in the control group（86%，81%，78%，84%，86%，81%，77%，89%，88%，84%），The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Human standard"holistic nursing care"can not only providemore high-quality nursing services for children，Regulate the behavior of nurses，Tomobilize the enthusiasm of nurses，Improve the comprehensive quality of nurses，Enhance the satisfaction of family members of patients，Reduce nursing disputes，Building a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients has an important role.
