Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic caremode in selective fallopian tube recanalization on treating tubal obstruction infertility.M ethods From January 2014 to December 2014，92 patients undergone selective fallopian tube recanalization in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the control group，conventional nursing was adopted，while in the observation group，onthe basis of the control group，nursing from psychology and humanistic care was added.The nursing effect in the two groups was compared.Resu lts The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.65%，and the uterine pregnancy rate was 80.4%，which weremuch higher than those in the control group，76.07%and 53.3%respectively，which were displayed statistical differences in the two groups（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Humanistic care plays an important role in patients with selective fallopian tube recanalization.It not only is beneficial for patient′s improvement of nursing satisfaction，but also increases uterine pregnancy rate，which isworthy of clinical application and promotion.
