整体护理对耳鸣患者的影响研究

摘要目的探讨整体护理对耳鸣患者心理焦虑程度、生活质量及患者满意度方面的影响。方法选取2014年2月～2015年2月本院接诊的160例耳鸣患者为研究对象，随机分观察组和对照组，各80例，观察组采取整体护理，对照组采取常规护理。比较两组护理前后抑郁、焦虑程度、生活质量评分及满意度的情况。结果观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分和SF-36评分为（35.4±6.4）、（36.2±5.8）、（79.6±6.2）分，对照组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分和SF-36评分为（45.2±6.4）、（45.3±5.8）、（69.2±5.8）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度为97.5%，对照组满意度为85%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理有助于缓解耳鸣患者的心理焦虑程度，提高生活质量和满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing on psychological anxiety，quality of life and satisfaction of patients with tinnitus.Methods 160 patients with tinnitus from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as object in our hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group，80 cases in each group.the observation group was given holistic nursing，and the control group was given routine nursing.Compare two groups before and after the nursing degree of depression，anxiety，quality of life score and satisfaction.Results After nursing，SAS，SDS and SF-36 scores of the observation group were（45.2±6.4）points，（45.3±5.8）points，（79.6±6.2）points.There were statistically significant differences between groups（P＜0.05）.Satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.5%，and the control group was 85%.There were statistically significant differences between groups（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Holistic nursing contribute to relieve the degree of psychological anxiety of patients with tinnitus，and improve the life quality and satisfaction.
