Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of human-based holistic nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB) complicated with hemoptysis. Methods A total of 70 patients who suffered from phthisis with hemoptysis accepted by our hospital from December 2016 to February 2018 were taken as the research subjects, they were divided into observation group (35 patients)and control group (35 patients)according to stochastic method. The patients in the control group were conducted with conventional nursing method for hemoptysis, while the patients in the observation group were conducted with human-orientation entire nursing method based on conventional nursing method for hemoptysis. Then the clinical nursing effect indexes, nursing satisfaction and SAS grade for the two groups were compared. Results The effective control rate for hemoptysis for the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction for the observation group was 97.1%,higher than 82.9%for the control group, the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);and the SAS grade for the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);while as for comparison of general clinical data between the two groups, the difference had no statistical significance(P >0.05).Conclusion The patients with hemoptysis in our hospital have achieved satisfactory results by using the holistic nursing of human-based.It is of great significance to accelerate the course of disease, improve the SAS score and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
