护理评价会对胫腓骨骨折术后患者康复影响的临床研究

摘要目的探讨护理评价会对胫腓骨骨折术后患者康复的影响。方法选取2016年3月～2017年12月我院收治的60例胫腓骨骨折术后康复患者，按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上对患者进行护理评价以及组织责任护士开展护理评价会议，干预2个月后比较两组患者的康复情况。结果护理后，观察组患者的平均住院时间短于对照组，日均住院费用低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者护理前的Brathel指数评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，两组患者的Brathel指数评分均高于护理前，且观察组患者护理后的Brathel指数评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理后，观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论护理评价会既可以提高康复护理质量，又可以促进胫腓骨骨折术后患者的康复，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of nursing evaluation meeting on the rehabilitation of patients with tibia and fibula fracture after operation.Methods From March 2016 to December 2017,60 postoperative rehabilitation patients with tibia and fibula fracture treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group evaluated the patients on the basis of the control group and organized responsible nurses to carry out nursing evaluation meetings.After 2 months of intervention,the rehabilitation status of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After nursing,the average hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the average daily hospitalization expense was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in Brathel index scores before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,the Brathel index scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before nursing,and the Brathel index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing evaluation meeting can not only improve the quality of rehabilitation care management,but also promote the recovery of postoperative patients with tibial fractures.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
