中医护理在脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体康复中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨中医护理对促进脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2017年3～9月收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，根据护理方式分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组采用康复科神经内科常规性护理，研究组采用中医护理，实施两周，观察比较两组患者的护理效果，NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、Berg平衡评分。结果研究组患者的护理总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。护理前，两组患者的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、Berg平衡量表和肢体功能评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后，研究组患者的NIHSS评分低于对照组，Barthel指数、Berg平衡量表评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者接受中医护理可明显改善其日常生活能力和肢体运动功能，提升护理效果，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing in promoting the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with stroke.Methods A tolal of 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to our hospital from March to September 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group according to nursing method.The control group was given routine nursing in department of neurology of rehabilitation department,while the research group was given TCM nursing for two weeks.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared.NIHSS,Barthel index and Berg balance scale score were compared.Results The total effective rate for nursing of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score,Barthel index,Berg balance for nursing and limb function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,Barthel index and Berg balance scale score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Accepting traditional TCM for hemiplegic patients with stroke can obviously improve their daily life ability and limb movement function,improve the curative effect,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
