Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in female stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 94 patients with female stress urinary incontinence were collected from July 2016 to November 2017 in this study. They were divided into the control group and the study group according tcrandom number table method,47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given pelvic floor exercises. The study group was given low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy based on the control group. The pelvic floor muscle strength after treatment in the two groups of patients was compared. At the same time, the international urinary incontinence questionnaire (ICIQ-SF)was used to compare the symptoms and effects of urinary incontinence after treatment between the two groups of patients. In addition, the bladder neck rotation angle and the bladder back angle after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the improvement effect of pelvic floor muscle strength in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the ICIQ-SF scale in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05);the bladder neck rotation angle and bladder back angle in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in female stress urinary incontinence can achieve good clinical results. This kind of therapy can improve the patient′s clinical symptoms while enhancing the pelvic floor muscle strength, which is beneficial to the patient′s recovery.
