全程优质护理在腹-会阴联合直肠癌根治术中的应用

摘要目的探讨全程优质护理在腹-会阴联合直肠癌根治术（Miles手术）中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年4月～2015年7月收治的78例直肠癌Miles手术患者，采用随机数字表法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者接受全程优质护理，对照组患者接受常规护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理总满意率为94.87%，高于对照组患者的66.67%；SAS评分为（40.18±7.25）分，低于对照组患者的（53.97±7.69）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者者并发症发生率为12.82%，显著低于对照组患者的38.46%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全程优质护理可有效优化直肠癌Miles手术患者的临床疗效，降低患者并发症的发生概率。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of full quality nursing in the radical operation of abdominal perineal resection for rectal cancer（Miles）.Methods 78 patients with colorectal cancer surgery Miles in our hospital from April 2013 to July 2015 were selected，and were divided into observation group and the control group by using a random number table method，the observation group patients were received quality care throughout the control group patients received usual care.The nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.87%，higher than 66.67%in the control group；SAS score was（40.18±7.25）scores，lower than （53.97±7.69）scores in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The complication rate of observation group was 12.82%，which was significantly lower than 38.46%of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Full quality care can effectively optimize clinical efficacy in patients with colorectal cancer surgery Miles，reduce the probability of occurrence of complications in patients.
