正性暗示护理对外科手术患者术中应激反应的影响

摘要目的分析正性暗示护理对外科手术患者应激反应的影响。方法选择我院2014年3月～2016年1月收治的110例外科手术患者作为研究对象，将所有患者按照护理干预措施不同划分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者56例，采用正性暗示护理方法进行干预指导，对照组患者54例，患者配合常规的护理干预措施，观察比较两组患者术中的应激反应情况。结果术前1 d，两组患者的心率、血压比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术中，观察组患者心率、血压优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组患者的术后疼痛情况及护理满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对外科手术患者配合正性暗示护理，可有效缓解患者的手术应激反应，减轻患者术后的疼痛，提高患者的护理满意度，具有临床推广应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of positive nursing intervention on stress response of surgical patients. Methods 110 patients with surgical surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research object，and were divided into observation group and control group according to used of nursing intervention measures different.56 cases of patients in observation group were used sex hinted nursing method for intervention guide，54 cases of patients in control group with routine nursing intervention measures.The stress reaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The rate of heart and blood pressure of the two groups before operation 1 d were compared，the difference was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.The rate of heart and blood pressure in the observation group was statistically better than that of control group（P＜0.05）.The operation time of the two groups were compared，the difference was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.The postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that the control group respectively，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion For surgical patients with positive effect of nursing care，can effectively alleviate the stress response of patients with surgery，reduce postoperative pain，improve patients′care satisfaction，has the value of clinical application.
