The effect of positive nursing on stress reaction in surgical patients

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of positive nursing intervention on stress response of surgical patients. Methods 110 patients with surgical surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research object,and were divided into observation group and control group according to used of nursing intervention measures different.56 cases of patients in observation group were used sex hinted nursing method for intervention guide,54 cases of patients in control group with routine nursing intervention measures.The stress reaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The rate of heart and blood pressure of the two groups before operation 1 d were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The rate of heart and blood pressure in the observation group was statistically better than that of control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that the control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For surgical patients with positive effect of nursing care,can effectively alleviate the stress response of patients with surgery,reduce postoperative pain,improve patients′care satisfaction,has the value of clinical application.
