Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of empathy nursing in emergency on the treatment coordination and stress response in patients.Methods53 cases of emergency patients and who accepted treatments in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=27)and the control group(n=26)by the computer randomly method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given empathy nursing countermeasures.The psychological states,treatment coordination,stress response and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group[(42.0±3.7),(40.9±4.2)points]were higher than that in the control group[(48.1±4.5),(46.0±5.3)points];the the scores of indexes in treatment coordination were higher than that in the control group,the incidence of stress response(7.41%)was lower than that in the control group(19.23%),the nursing satisfaction(92.59%)was higher than that in the control group(80.77%),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of empathy nursing for the nursing in the emergency patients,which can effectively improve the treatment of patients with the degree of cooperation and improve the stress response,the method has been proved to be effective.It is worthy of clinical application.
