Abstract：Objective To observe the effect in painless gastroscopy with two kinds of care model joint program.Methods 80 patients with routine gastroscopy painless from September 2014 to October 2015，they were divided into the study group and the control group according to a random number table.The study group were treated with quality care combined with psychological care，the control group were treated with routine care.After treatment，the blood pressure and heart rate，SAS score，nursing satisfaction and complication rates of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results After treatment，the study group of patients with systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure，heart rate were （131.2±5.6）mmHg，（78.3±5.6）mmHg，（79.7±4.7）/min，compared with the（137.9±6.3）mmHg，（89.5±5.8）mmHg，（89.6±5.2）/min in control group，the difference were statistically significant（t=5.0272，8.7860，8.9329，P＜0.01）；after treatment，the two groups of patients with the SAS scores was significantly lower than before treatment respectively，while the study group of patients with SAS scores［（35.56±1.42）scores］was significantly lower than（40.68±0.81）scores in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）；the study group patients satisfaction with care was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.1143，P＜0.05）；the study group patients with respiratory depression，nausea，vomiting and other complication rate was 5.0%，lower than 40.0%in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（χ2=14.0502，P＜0.05）.Conclusion Psychological quality care combined with nursing intervention can significantly improve painless gastroscopy patient anxiety，it can stability patient′s heart rate and blood pressure.
