Abstract：Objective To assess effectiveness of Yiqi Fumai injection in the treatment of hemodialysis related hypotension.Methods 60 patients with hemodialysis related hypotension in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group，30 cases were treated with Yiqi Fumai injection.In the control group，0.9%NaCl injection treatment was used.The change of blood pressure and serumcreatinine，blood urea nitrogen，blood routine before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%，significantly higher than 46.7%in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；after dialysis，blood pressure of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection can improve the low blood pressure during dialysis significantly.
