Effect observation of immunosuppressive therapy combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of immunosuppressive agents combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure.Methods From February 2015 to January 2017,60 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,the improvement of the level of urinary protein,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and serum albumin after treatment with immunosuppressant combined with hemodialysis and the clinical therapeutic effect were compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment was 98.3%in 60 patients after treatment,and the levels of urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and plasma albumin after treatment were better than that before treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Immunosuppressive therapy combined with hemodialysis is applied to the clinical treatment of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure,it can effectively improve the renal function of patients and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
