Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis gestation period fetus surface malformation. Methods 289 pregnant women who conducted examination from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as study object and the data of them were retrospective analyzed(all cases were confirmed by postnatal). All selected patients were respectively examined by four-dimensional and four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound. The accuracy rate of two methods in diagnosis fetus malformation was compared. Results 289 cases with clinically confirmed,26 cases were fetus surface malformation.Four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound checked out 24 cases, the accuracy rate and rate of missed diagnosis was respectively 92.31%and 7.69%;two-dimensional color doppler ultrasound checked out 16 cases, the accuracy rate and rate of missed diagnosis were respectively 61.53%and 38.46%,and the difference was obvious when compared between two groups(P<0.05).Four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound checked out face malformation 8 cases, limbs malformation 10 cases, anterior abdominal wall malformation 4 cases and nervous system malformation 2 cases, which were respectively 5 cases,7 cases,3 cases and 1 case in two-dimensional color doppler ultrasound. The difference between two groups in different positions malformation was not obvious (P>0.05).Conclusion The image of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is stereo and intuitive, and can be more accurately reflect the fetus surface malformation and has better application value in pre-natal fetus malformation diagnosis.
