Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with subtotal thyroidectomy.Methods94 cases of subtotal resection patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected in this reasearch and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to casting coins,with 47 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing.The length of hospital stays,the levels of anxiety and depression,the incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe length of hospital stays[(5.2±0.5)d]in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group[(7.0±1.2)d],the scores of SAS,SDS[(24.7±2.5),(28.5±2.8)points]were lower than those in the control group[(33.9±3.6),(37.1±3.7)points],the incidence of complication(10.64%)was lower than that in the control group(23.40%),the nursing satisfaction(95.74%)was higher than that in the control group(85.11%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor subtotal thyroidectomy patients,comprehensive nursing interventioncan can improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce complications,help patients to establish a good state of mind and also can shorten the length of hospital stay.
