Observation on the effect of whole course nursing in emergency treatment of critical patients

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of whole cours nursing in emergency treatment of emergency patients.MethodsFrom February 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital emergency department admitted to critically ill patients in 180 cases,Review the patient′s care methods were grouped,the control group of 90 patients were given routine care in the rescue group,90 patients on the basis of this group to give full care,The successful rate of rescue,the incidence of adverse events in emergency room,the time spent in opening of venous access,the time of resuscitation room stay and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared.ResultsThe rescue success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group of patients with successful rescue vein circuit open time-consuming,residence time is shorter than the control group,intensive care and emergency room nurse satisfaction is higher than the control group were treated,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of the whole course nursing in the emergency critical care patients can improve the rescue effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events and save the life of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
