Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the influnence of root cause analysis on the incidence of unplanned extraction of intubation patients.Methods42 postoperative intubation patients to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were were selected selected as control group.Root cause analysis was used to explore the reason of unplanned extubation,and the corresponding rectification measures were put forward.42 postoperative intubation patients from February 2016 to Februray 2017 were selected as observation group,and rectification measures were used during nursing.The unplanned extubation incidence rate and family nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence of unplanned extraction was 4.76%in the observation group,compared with 21.43%in the control group and 97.62%in family care.Compared with 85.71%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe using of root cause analysis is help to reduce the unplanned extubation incidence rate and enhance family nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
