Abstract:Objective To explore the application of shared decision-making in the integrated nursing of doctors and nurses of patients with emergency carbon monoxide (CO)poisoning. Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with emergency CO poisoning treated in the Emergency Department of Center People′s Hospital of Ji′an City from August 2017 to October 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, and 41 patients admitted from August 2017 to October 2018 were set as group A,and routine nursing care was implemented.A total of 46 patients admitted from November 2018 to October 2019 were set as group B,and shared decision-making and integrated nursing of doctors and nurses was implemented. The treatment success rate, the scores of patient′s health cognition before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment success rate of patients in group B was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 78.05% in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of cooperated in emergency treatment, health knowledge during the observation stage, and health knowledge during the rehabilitation stage in the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of cooperated in emergency treatment, health knowledge during the observation stage, and health knowledge during the rehabilitation stage of group B after intervention were higher than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of shared decision-making in the integrated nursing of doctors and nurses of patients with emergency CO poisoning can improve the success rate of treatment and improve the health awareness of the patients.
