Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of the integrated medical care under the cancept of rapid rehabilitation in the perioperative nursing of hepatectomy. Methods Eighty patients with liver diseases admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into athe control group and the study group by the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. In the control group, integrated medical care was used, and in the study group, the integrated medical care under the concept of rapid rehabilitation was adopted. They were both provided with nursing one month. The postoperative anal exhaust time, liquid food ingestion time, hospital stay, changes in serum albumin, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels before and after intervention, and the incidence of complications during the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time, liquid food ingestion time, and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum AST and ALT levels after the intervention of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the serum AST and ALT levels of the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum albumin levels of the two groups after intervention were higher than before the intervention, and the serum albumin level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group (15.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of various indicators of liver function (P＞0.05). Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation of integrated medical care in the perioperative care of hepatectomy can significantly shorten the recovery time of patients after surgery, reduce the incidence of complications, and is safe and effective. Meanwhile, it can effectively improve the level of patients′ liver function and improve the prognosis.
