系统性护理模式对儿童变应性鼻炎免疫治疗依从性的影响

摘要目的探讨系统性护理模式对儿童变应性鼻炎（AR）免疫治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2018年8—12月南昌大学第二附属医院接收的30 例实施免疫治疗的AR 患儿为对照组，选取2019年1—5月30 例实施免疫治疗的AR 患儿为试验组。对照组以常规方案干预，在此基础上试验组实施系统性护理干预，比较两组的治疗依从性，干预前后的生活质量情况（生理功能、心理功能、生活环境、社会功能），患儿家属护理满意度。结果试验组的治疗总依从性（93.33%）高于对照组（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组的生理功能、心理功能、生活环境、社会功能评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组的生理功能、心理功能、生活环境、社会功能评分高于干预前，且试验组的生理功能、心理功能、生活环境、社会功能评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组的护理总满意度（100.00%）高于对照组（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论儿童AR 免疫治疗使用系统性护理干预的临床意义显著，可有效提升其治疗依从性，降低不良反应发生率，提高患儿家属护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing mode on the compliance of immunotherapy in children with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods From August to December 2018, 30 cases of children with AR receiving immunotherapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the control group, and from January to May 2019, 30 cases of children with AR receiving immunotherapy were selected as the experimental group. The patients in the control group were intervened with conventional scheme. On this basis, the experimental group was intervened with systematic nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, quality of life (physiological function, psychological function, living environment, social function) before and after the intervention, and nursing satisfaction of children′s family members were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment total compliance of the experimental group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of physiological function, psychological function, living environment and social function between the two groups (P＞0.05). After the intervention, the scores of physiological function, psychological function, living environment and social function of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, the scores of physiological function, psychological function, living environment and social function of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical significance of systematic nursing intervention in the immunotherapy of children with AR is significant, which can effectively improve the treatment compliance, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the nursing satisfaction of children′s families.
