Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the internet+integrated medical care model in children discharged from the hospital after pediatric surgical fractures. Methods Eighty children with fractures admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital from August 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)used computer-generated random number table method. The conventional group adopted the traditional nursing model, and the observation group used the internet+integrated medical care model. The pain scores, knowledge scores, complications and compliance of the two groups of patients were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two nursing groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group, the follow-up score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group, the total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The model based on the Internet+integrated medical care can alleviate the pain of children, reduce the risk of complications, and improve their compliance outside the hospital.
