Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of fine defect filling mode of key nursing quality control points in the intraoperative nursing of patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients treated with arthroscopy in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January o December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases)according to the implementation of the refined defect filling model of key nursing quality control points before (January to June 2019)and after(July to December 2019).The control group adopted routine intraoperative nursing coordination, and the experimental group combined with the key nursing quality control points refined defect filling mode intervention on this basis. The total incidence of complications after intervention and nursing satisfaction of doctors and patients were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications after knee arthroscopic surgery in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of doctors and patients were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative nursing for patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery can significantly reduce the risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction of surgeons and patients.
