Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of knee arthroscopy. Methods The clinical data of 200 patients who underwent knee arthroscopy in Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery was applied in the perioperative period. The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)was used to evaluate the knee joint symptoms, severity and influence on daily life behaviors before and one month after the intervention. The Lysholm knee joint function score scale(hereinafter referred to as"Lysholm score")was used to evaluate the knee joint function before the intervention and one month after the intervention, and the excellent and good rate of knee function was calculated, postoperative complications were recorded. Results At one month after the intervention, the WOMAC score of the patients was lower than that before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At one month after the intervention, the Lysholm score of the patients was higher than that before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate of knee joint function was 90.00%.There were 5 cases of nausea,2 cases of infection,3 cases of joint effusion and 2 cases of joint effusion in 200 patients, and the total incidence of complications was 6.00%.Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of knee arthroscopy can improve the symptoms, severity of knee joint and influence on daily life behaviors, and improve the postoperative knee joint function with fewer complications,so it is worthy of application and promotion.
