Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in operating room in patients undergoing orthopedic aseptic surgery. Methods From June 2019 to December 2020,108 patients undergoing aseptic surgery in Sanming First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected as the study subjects, the patients were r divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(54 cases)by random odd-even sign grouping method. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention in operating room. The operation time, fracture healing time, nursing satisfaction and infection rate of operation incision were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in operating room in orthopedic aseptic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of wound infection, shorten the operation time and the healing time of patients, and greatly improve the degree of nursing satisfaction, this method has high application value.
