穴位按摩联合中医辨体调质护理在高血压患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨穴位按摩联合中医辨体调质护理在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年1月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的130 例高血压患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（65 例）与对照组（65 例）。对照组采用常规治疗及中医辨体调质护理方法，观察组采用常规治疗、中医辨体调质护理及穴位按摩方法。比较两组护理3 个月的临床疗效，护理前及护理3 个月后的头痛眩晕、急躁易怒、失眠耳鸣等中医证候积分及焦虑情况、抑郁情况、生活质量负面情绪情况。结果护理3 个月后观察组的临床总有效率（90.77%）高于对照组（72.31%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组护理3 个月后的头痛眩晕、急躁易怒、失眠耳鸣等中医证候积分及焦虑情况、抑郁情况、生活质量负面情绪评分低于护理前，且观察组的头痛眩晕、急躁易怒、失眠耳鸣等中医证候积分及焦虑情况、抑郁情况、生活质量负面情绪评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论穴位按摩联合中医辨体调质护理在高血压患者可有效缓解患者的临床症状，改善情志，提高依从性及临床疗效，控制病情进展。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine body differentiation and conditioning nursing in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 130 hypertensive patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The random number table was used to divide them into the observation group(65 cases)and the control group(65 cases).The control group used conventional treatment and traditional Chinese medicine body-differentiation and conditioning nursing methods,and the observation group used conventional treatment,traditional Chinese medicine body-differentiation and conditioning nursing methods and acupoint massage methods.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after 3 months of nursing,before nursing and 3 months after nursing,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as pain,dizziness,irritability，insomnia,tinnitus,anxiety,depression,and quality of life negative emotions were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(90.77%)was higher than that of the control group(72.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups had headache,dizziness,irritability and irritability after 3 months of nursing,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as anger,insomnia,tinnitus,anxiety,depression,quality of life and negative emotion scores were lower than those before nursing,The observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine body differentiation and conditioning nursing can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension,improve emotions,improve compliance and clinical efficacy,and control the progression of the disease.
