Abstract:Objective To investigate the early CT findings of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and the clinical characteristics of hematoma and active intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who treated in First People′s Hospital of Ji′an City from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to weather they had active bleeding, they were divided into the experimental group (active bleeding) with 15 patients and the control group (without active bleeding) with 45 patients. All of the patients were received CT examinations. The proportion of basal ganglia hemorrhage, hematoma morphology and cerebral hemorrhage volume were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of basal ganglia hemorrhage in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the experimental group, the bleeding sites in the basal ganglia were mainly in the internal capsule, while in the control group, the bleeding sites in the basal ganglia were mainly in the internal capsule and external capsule. The difference of hematoma morphology between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05).The amount of cerebral hemorrhage in experimental group was more than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,CT examination should be performed in time. For patients with active bleeding, their hematoma will change accordingly, and the patients′ bleeding volume will appear to increase, which is not conducive to the prognosis of patients.
