Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 82 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects, and divided into control group(n=41)and experimental group(n=41)by digital parity method. The control group used the traditional operation scheme, and the experimental group used the small bone window craniotomy scheme. The total effective rate, quality of life score, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, operation time and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(80.49%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function, physical function, social ability and role function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, and the incision length, operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small bone window craniotomy can improve the total effective rate of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, improve the patients′ quality of life and operation related indicators, and promote the recovery and early outcome of patients′ living ability. It is worthy of clinical application.
