美托洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗高血压的临床效果

摘要目的分析美托洛尔与硝苯地平联用治疗高血压的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月～2019年5月我院收治的60例高血压患者作为研究对象，根据奇偶分组法将其分为参照组与观察组，每组各30例。参照组采用硝苯地平治疗，观察组采用美托洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的舒张压、收缩压水平以及治疗后的临床效果和不良反应发生情况、生活质量。结果两组患者治疗后的舒张压、收缩压水平均低于治疗前，且观察组治疗后的舒张压、收缩压水平低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的临床总有效率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的不良反应总发生率低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后的生活质量评分均高于治疗前，且观察组治疗后的生活质量评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论美托洛尔与硝苯地平联用治疗高血压的临床效果较为显著，可改善其血压水平，提升临床疗效，同时不良反应发生率较低，治疗安全性高，值得被临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Sixty patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd/even method with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,patients were treated with Nifedipine,and in the observation group,participants were treated with Metoprolol combined with Nifedipine.The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels before and after treatment,as well as the clinical effect and adverse reactions and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The quality of life scores after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension is remarkable,which can regulate the blood pressure level and improve the clinical efficacy.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions of this therapy is low and the treatment safety is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
