Influence of staged nursing on patients with endometrial cancer

Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of staged nursing on patients with endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 80 endometrial cancer patients admitted to the Northern Theater General Hospital from December 2019 to December 20 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random paper method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group adopted routine nursing measures,and in the observation group,staged nursing used.The score of uncertainty,the score of quality of life,the score of depression,and the score of anxiety of the two groups of patients were compared before and after the intervention.Results There were no significant difference in the uncertainty score,the quality of life score,the depression score,or the anxiety score between the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the two groups of patients′ uncertainty scores and quality of life scores were higher than those of the before the intervention,depression scores and anxiety scores were lower than those of the before intervention,the scores of uncertainty and quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the depression score and anxiety score were lower than those of the control group,the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged nursing on patients with endometrial cancer can improve the patient′s uncertainty in disease,quality of life,psychological mood,and increase compliance.
