Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of patient participation model based on grounded theory in rehabilitation nursing of hip replacement. Methods Sixty-three patients underwent hip replacement in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as research subjects, and were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=33)by coin toss. The control group was given routine health education and rehabilitation training. The observation group was given the patient participation model based on grounded theory, the emotion and reaction of patients were taken as the theoretical basis to guide the postoperative rehabilitation nursing, and the rehabilitation nursing in line with the actual situation of patients was formulated and implemented.Harris hip function score, activities of daily living(ADL),rehabilitation training compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Harris score,ADL score, rehabilitation training compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient participation model based on grounded theory has a definite application effect in the rehabilitation nursing of hip replacement surgery, which is conducive to obtaining better rehabilitation effects and improving the life quality of patients.
