Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in critically ill patients with continuous blood purification at bedside.Methods From April 2018 to March 2020,60 critically ill patients with continuous blood purification at the bedside admitted to the Fuzhou First People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group used traditional nursing intervention.and the observation group used comprehensive mode of intervention.The length of hospital stay,the total incidence of complications and the total satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life and nursing total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a comprehensive nursing model for critically ill patients with continuous blood purification at the bedside is beneficial to prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the length of hospitalization,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
