鼻内镜下翼管神经切断术手术室集束化循证护理方案的构建与应用效果研究

摘要目的研究鼻内镜下翼管神经切断术手术室集束化循证护理的构建与应用效果。方法选取2019年10月—2020年12月宜春市人民医院收治的62 例鼻内镜下翼管神经切断术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各31 例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用手术室集束化循证护理，比较两组的疼痛情况、护理满意度、焦虑及抑郁情绪评分。结果护理后，观察组的疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分低于对照组，疼痛持续时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论为鼻内镜下翼管神经切断术患者手术室集束化循证护理，可减轻患者疼痛，缩短疼痛持续时间，减轻患者负面情绪，获取患者对护理的高度评价。

Abstract：Objective To study the construction and application effect of the clustered evidence-based nursing program in the operating room of vidian endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 62 patients from Yichun People′s Hospital who underwent endoscopic vidian neurectomy from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,by random number table method, they divided into the control group and the observation group, 31 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing care, and the observation group used the operating room clustered evidence-based nursing program, the pain, nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the visual analogue (VAS) score of pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the duration of pain was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）. After nursing, the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）. After nursing, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）. Conclusion The clustered evidence-based nursing program in the operating room for patients undergoing endoscopic vidian neurotomy can reduce the pain of the patient, shorten the duration of the pain, reduce the negative emotion of the patient, and obtain the patient′s high evaluation of the nursing.
