手术室保温联合舒适护理对乳腺癌患者核心体温及不良情绪的影响

摘要目的探讨手术室保温联合舒适护理对乳腺癌患者核心体温及不良情绪的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月福建省立医院收治的120 例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各60 例。对照组采用常规手术室护理措施，观察组采用手术室保温措施联合舒适护理措施。观察两组的体温情况，观察两组的抑郁和焦虑评分，观察两组的护理满意度和依从性。结果两组术前、插管前、手术结束时体温、抑郁和焦虑评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组插管前、插管后60 min、手术结束时体温和术前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），对照组插管前、手术结束时体温和术前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组插管后60 min 体温高于对照组，对照组插管后60 min 体温低于术前；护理后，两组的抑郁和焦虑评分低于同组护理前，观察组护理后的抑郁和焦虑评分低于对照组；观察组的护理满意度和依从性高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手术室保温联合舒适护理在乳腺癌患者应用，可提高核心体温，改善不良情绪，提高护理满意度和依从性。

Abstract：Objective To approach influence of core temperature and bad mood for breast carcinoma patients by operating room thermal insulation combined with comfort nursing. Methods The 120 cases breast carcinoma patients treated in Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2019 to 2020 October were selected as study objects, they were divided into the control group and the detection group by random number table method, 60 cases in each group. Routine nursing measures in operating room of control group was used, the operating room thermal insulation combine with comfort nursing was used in the detection group. The temperature changing of two groups was detected，depression and anxiety score of two groups were detected，nursing satisfaction and compliance of two groups were detected. Results The temperature before operation, before intubate, surgery′s over time, depression and anxiety score of two groups were compared, the differences were no statistical significance (P＞0.05). The temperature of detection group before intubate, after intubate 60 min, surgery′s over time and before operation were compared, the differences were no statistical significance(P＞0.05). The temperature of control group before intubate, surgery′s over time and before operation were compared, the differences were no statistical significance (P＞0.05), temperature after intubate 60 min of detection group was higher than that of the control group, temperature after intubate 60 min of control group was higher than before operation, after nursing, depression and anxiety score of the control group and detection group were lower than before nursing in the same group, depression and anxiety score of detection group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the nursing satisfaction and compliance of detection group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of breast carcinoma patients by operating room thermal insulation with comfort nursing, which could increase core temperature, improve bad mood，increase nursing satisfaction and compliance.
