Abstract:Objective To explore the application of different postpartum nursing in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods A total of 70 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given postpartumomni-directional nursing on this basis. The total amount of postpartum hemorrhage, the time for postpartum blood pressure to return to normal and satisfaction were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of postpartum complications and the scores of blood pressure,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale before and after nursing were compared. Results The total amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of postpartum blood pressure returning to normal in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the scores of blood pressure,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum omni-directional nursing has a definite effect on the nursing of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, which can reduce the total amount of postpartum hemorrhage, effectively control blood pressure, improve patients′satisfaction, reduce patients′anxiety and depression, and reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications. It′s worth popularizing.
