Objective To observe the application effect of predictive nursing in children bronchiolitis. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 60 cases of children bronchiolitis admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Nanhai District in the Foshan City were selected and divided into two groups according to random drawing method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given predictive nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the disappearance time of cough, shortness of breath and asthma symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the tidal volume, peak volume ratio and peak time ratio in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the tidal breathing peak expiratory flow rate and respiratory frequency were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of respiratory tract infection, wheezing recurrence and other complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing for children bronchiolitis can improve the nursing effect, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve lung function and reduce the incidence of complications.
