Abstract：Objective To study application effect of predictive nursing intervention in tympanocentesis for secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 240 cases clinical data of secretory otitis media patients in Guangdong Province Zhongshan Xiaolan People′s Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were analyzed,which were divided into two group by different intervention,the control group(routine nursing)120 cases and detection group(routine nursing+predictive nursing intervention)120 cases,the treatment result,complication rate,pain symptoms score and daily living capacity score of two groups were compared.Results The total effect rate of detection group was higher than that of the control group,the total complication of detection group was lower than that of the control group,the pain symptoms score of detection group was lower than that of the control group,daily living capacity score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of predictive nursing intervention in tympanocentesis for secretory otitis media could increase treatment result,decrease complication,improve pain and living quality,it is worth to be used.
