全息易象理论指导的治咽四针治疗急性咽炎咽痛即时效果观察

摘要目的探讨全息易象理论指导的治咽四针治疗急性咽炎咽痛的即时效果。方法选取2019年5月～2020年7月在萍乡市人民医院就诊的急性咽炎咽痛患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用普通针刺，观察组采用全息易象理论指导的治咽四针。比较两组治疗前后不同时段疼痛改善程度及患者对针刺效果的满意度。结果针刺后1～3 min、＞3～10 min、＞10～20 min、＞20～30 min，两组疼痛程度视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；针刺后1～3 min、＞3～10 min、＞10～20 min、＞20～30 min，观察组疼痛程度VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组对针刺治疗的总满意度（90.00%）高于对照组（66.66%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论急性咽炎咽痛患者采用全息易象理论指导的治咽四针治疗的即时效果较好，可进一步减轻患者疼痛程度，提升患者满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the immediate effect of four needles for treating pharyngitis under the guidance of Quanxi Yixiang Theory in the treatment of acute pharyngitis and pharyngalgia.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute pharyngitis and pharyngalgia who were treated in Jiangxi Pingxiang People′s Hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected, and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table, 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture, and the patients in observation group were treated with four needles for treating pharyngitis guided by Quanxi Yixiang Theory.The pain improvement in different periods before and after acupuncture treatment and the satisfaction with the acupuncture effect were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of pain degree of the two groups were lower than those before treatment at 1-3 min, ＞3-10 min, ＞10-20 min, ＞20-30 min after acupuncture,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);at 1-3 min, ＞3-10 min, ＞10-20 min, ＞20-30 min after acupuncture, the VAS scores of the pain degree of observation group were all lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);the total satisfaction degree of acupuncture treatment in observation group was 90.00%, it was higher than that in the control group of 66.66%, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute pharyngitis and pharyngalgia, the immediate effect of four needles for treating pharyngitis guided by Quanxi Yixiang Theory is better, it can further reduce pain and improve the satisfaction.
