Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of negative pressure healing system in patients with wound infection. Methods A total of 150 patients with incision and chronic wound in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into three groups by random number allocation method, 50 patients in the control group were treated by conventional drainage system; 50 patients in the experimental group A were treated by conventional drainage tube wrapped with granu foam dressing; 50 patients in the experimental group B were treated by negative pressure healing system combined with granu foam dressing. The efficacy, healing, infection, degree of pain and safety were compared between the three groups. Results The wound healing rate and total effective rate of group A and B were higher than those of the control group. The wound infection rate and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were lower than those of the control group. The wound healing time and the time of the wound reaching 76%~100% granulation tissue were shorter than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significanct(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in group B than that in group A.The time of wound healing and the time of wound granulation tissue reaching 76%~100% were shorter in group B than in group A, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure healing system is effective for patients with incision and chronic wound after operation. It is conducive to wound healing, reduces wound infection rate and has higher safety.
