Abstract:Objective To explore the application of minimally invasive circumcision in in patients with oral implant. Methods A total of 60 patients with oral implantation in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group (30 cases) and the observation group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group used traditional flap implantation, and the observation group used minimally invasive circumcision. After 6 months follow-up, the implant success rate, operation time, visual analog scale (VAS) score on day 1 after operation, alveolar bone absorption, implant stability coefficient, gingival papilla height and aesthetic degree of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of oral implantation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the operation time was shorter than that of the control group, the VAS score on the first day after operation was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The alveolar zygomatic bone absorption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in implant stability coefficient and gingival nipple height between the two groups (P>0.05).The aesthetic score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive circumcision can improve the success rate of implants and the aesthetics of implants in patients with oral implants, shorten the operation time, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and reduce the alveolar zygomatic bone absorption.
