Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of lower back muscle functional exercise and straight-leg raising training in nursing of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to themethod of generating random number by computer program,30 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing;the observation group added lower back muscle functional exercise and straight-leg raising training based on control group. After intervention, the postoperative recovery of lumbar function, pain degree, total nursing satisfaction, rehabilitation effect were compared between two groups. Results After intervention for 3months,the score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),total nursing satisfaction, total effective rate of rehabilitation in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention for 1,2 weeks and 1month,the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)in observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lower back muscle functional exercise and straight-leg raising training in nursing of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can increase rehabilitation effect, promote recovery of lumbar function, relieve pain degree, increase nursing satisfaction, and have easy operation, significant efficacy and better safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
