Abstract:Objective To approach comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hysteromyoma undergoing laparoscopic resection. Methods A total of 80 cases laparoscopic resection patients in Northern Theater Command General Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as research objects, who were divided into two groups by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing, the comprehensive nursing intervention group used comprehensive nursing intervention, the postoperative bowel sound time, selfventing time, defecation time, recovery time, life quality, self esteem level evaluation, anxiety, depression before nursing and after nursing of two groups were compared. Results The rumbling sound time, self-venting time, defecation time,diet recovery time of comprehensive nursing intervention group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). The life quality score, self esteem level evaluation, and anxiety, depression scores of two groups before nursing were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after nursing, the life quality score, self esteem level evaluation of two groups were higher than those before nursing, anxiety and depression scores were lower than those before nursing; the life quality score, the self esteem level evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention group were higher than those of the control group, anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hysteromyoma undergoing laparoscopic resection, which could improve gastrointestinal function of patients, increase life quality, self esteem level, improve anxiety and depression.
