Application effect of Internet+Nursing diversified service under the management of the medical group on promoting exclusive breastfeeding

摘要目的 探讨医疗集团管理下互联网+护理服务实践促进纯母乳喂养的效果。方法 选取2020年4—10月白云区第二人民医院收治的198 例分娩的产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(99 例)与与观察组(99 例),对照组采用实施母乳喂养常规宣教,观察组采用在常规健康教育基础上应用医疗集团管理下互联网+护理多元化服务进行干预。比较两组产妇产后42、180 d 的纯母乳喂养率,产妇下奶时间和每次母乳量,产后喂养知识、技巧知晓及依从性。结果 观察组产妇产后42、180 d 的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后下奶时间短于对照组,每次母乳量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇干预后喂养知识、技巧掌握及喂养依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医疗集团管理下互联网+护理服务实践能够提高产妇产后42、180 d 的纯母乳喂养率,缩短产后下奶时间,提高每次母乳量、产后喂养知识、技巧掌握及喂养依从性,值得推广应用。
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Internet+Nursing service practice in promoting exclusive breastfeeding under the management of medical group. Methods A total of 198 cases of puerpera who were admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Baiyun-Guangzhou from April to October in 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group (99 cases) and observation group (99 cases). The control group was given routine breastfeeding education. The observation group was given Internet + Nursing diversified services under the management of the medical group on the basis of conventional health education. The rates of exclusive breastfeeding on 42 and 180 d postpartum, the time of lactating and the amount of breastfeeding, the knowledge,skills and compliance of postpartum feeding were compared between the two groups. Results The exclusive breastfeeding rate of observation group was higher than that of control group on 42 and 180 d postpartum, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had shorter postpartum lactating time than the control group,and the amount of breast milk per time was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of feeding knowledge, skills and feeding compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The Internet+Nursing service practice under the management of medical group can improve the puerperal breastfeeding rate of 42 and 180 d postpartum, shorten the time of postpartum breastfeeding, improve the amount of breast milk per time,postpartum feeding knowledge, skills and feeding compliance, which is worthy of popularization and application.
