Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education and nursing on children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City in Jiangxi Province from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Children of two groups were given ultrasound atomization, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with interactive health education nursing. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of pulmonary rales, shortness of breath and cyanosis, recurrence rate and total effective rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of pulmonary rales, shortness of breath and cyanosis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of interactive health education nursing in children with pneumonia has good application effect.
