健康教育对肠炎患儿家属疾病知识水平掌握的影响

摘要目的探讨健康教育在肠炎患儿护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月～2020年4月泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院收治的42 例肠炎患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各21 例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用健康教育方法。比较两组家属对肠炎疾病知识水平掌握情况、心理状态、护理满意度。结果干预后观察组家属对肠炎疾病知识水平掌握程度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组家属焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组家属护理满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论健康教育可有效改善家属心理状态并提升其对肠炎疾病知识的掌握情况，建议临床广泛开展。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of health education in the nursing of children with enteritis.Methods A total of 42 children with enteritis admitted to Quanzhou Women′s and Children′s Hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 21 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods and the observation group was given health education methods. The knowledge level, psychological state and nursing satisfaction of family members of the two groups on enteritis were compared. Results After intervention, the degree of knowledge about enteritis in observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the mental state of family members and enhance their understanding of enteritis disease knowledge. It is recommended that clinical practice be carried out widely.
