个性化健康教育对肺结核患者家庭密接者知信行干预效果的影响

摘要目的研究个性化健康教育对肺结核患者家庭密接者知信行干预效果的影响。方法选取2019年8～12月武汉市新洲区疾病预防控制中心接收的200 例肺结核患者家庭密接者作为研究对象，按照随机抽签法将其分为干预组和对照组，每组各100 例。干预组实施个性化健康教育措施，对照组实施常规疾病相关知识宣教。3 个月后进行知信行问卷调查，比较两组的核心信息知晓、正向态度及防治行为得分。结果干预后，干预组的核心信息知晓、正向态度、防治行为得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论个性化健康教育对肺结核患者家庭密接者知信行干预效果非常显著，可以提高密接者结核病相关知识知晓率，改变其对结核病的防治信念和健康行为，在结核病防治上变消极为积极，有利于肺结核的防控，具有推广价值。

Abstract：Objective To study the impact of individualized health education on the intervention effect of knowledge,attitude and practice for family close contacts of tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 200 family close contacts of tuberculosis patients received by Xinzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Wuhan City from August to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the random lottery method,with 100 cases in each group.Individualized health education measures were implemented for the intervention group,and the control group was provided with general disease-related knowledge education.A questionnaire survey of knowledge,attitude and practice was conducted after 3 months.The scores of core information awareness,positive attitudes and prevention practice of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of core information awareness,positive attitudes and prevention practice of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education has a very significant effect on the knowledge,attitude and practice intervention of family close contacts of tuberculosis patients.It can increase the awareness rate of tuberculosis-related knowledge of close contacts,change their attitudes and health practice about tuberculosis prevention and control,and become extremely positive in tuberculosis prevention and control,which is beneficial to the prevention and control of tuberculosis and has promotion value.
